Job4site LLC — Job4Site

support@job4site.com

For account-specific help, contact us from the email address used to sign in. We may need to verify identity or company authority before changing access, billing, integrations, or data.

Job4Site support is for the software service. It is not an emergency service and does not dispatch HVAC technicians. For an HVAC service emergency, contact the HVAC company responsible for the property.

02 / TOPICS

What we can help with

ACCOUNT + SETUP

Sign-in, invitations, roles, and workspace setup

Get help accessing an account, confirming a company workspace, inviting staff, or understanding available roles and permissions.

WORKFLOW

Customers, jobs, proposals, and invoices

Share the step you were on and the result you expected so we can help with the connected Job4Site workflow.

PLAN + BILLING

Subscription, plan, and purchase questions

Include the company name and purchase channel. Do not send a full card number. Store purchases remain subject to that store’s billing and refund process.

QUICKBOOKS

Connection and supported invoice handoff

Tell us whether the issue occurred while connecting, checking status, matching a customer, or sending supported invoice data.

CUSTOMER LINKS

Proposal and invoice viewing

If a customer cannot open a link, include the sending company and record number, but do not paste sensitive customer details into the first message.

PRIVACY + DELETION

Data questions and verified requests

We can route access, correction, privacy, and account-deletion requests and explain when the subscribing HVAC company controls the relevant record.

03 / DETAILS

What to include in a support request

  • your name, account email, and company or workspace name;
  • whether you are using iOS, Android, or the web application;
  • the device, browser, and app version when available;
  • the screen or feature involved, the steps you took, what you expected, and what happened instead;
  • the time the issue occurred and whether it continues after signing in again or changing networks; and
  • a screenshot when useful, after hiding customer contact details, addresses, payment information, or other unnecessary data.

Never email your password, temporary staff password, full payment-card number, QuickBooks credentials, or private API keys. Job4Site support does not need those values to investigate an issue.

05 / SAFE SUPPORT

Security and privacy during support

We use information submitted in a support request to investigate the issue, communicate with you, protect the Service, and keep an appropriate record of the interaction. Include only the information needed to explain the issue and remove unrelated customer data from screenshots. Review our Privacy Policy for details.

We may verify identity and company authority before disclosing account information or changing access. Support cannot override an HVAC company owner’s lawful control of company records or disclose another company’s information.
